This Cabernet is a deep crimson in colour with some brick red tinges and has a rich ?plum pudding? nose with hints of ripe berries. The palate is intense whilst soft and mouthfilling. Its complex Blackcurrant jam characters are enhanced by the dryness provided from the maturation time in oak.
The complexity of this wine is well suited to partner roast beef or lamb or even a Steak and Kidney pie.
